Andreas has never been afraid to ‘get his feet wet.’ He brings his specialized skills in customer service and success to ShedWool after having been part of building up more than five different start-ups, all with a focus on technology supporting both virtual environments and CRM solutions. Having been in several lead situations where scheduling was always a nightmare, Andreas quickly saw the massive benefits of the ShedWool solution, and how as a truly industry agnostic solution, is hugely beneficial to not only the employers who use it, but more importantly to the employees that are afforded our platform. He has approached his tenure with ShedWool with the mindframe "it is not about us, but about them", and continues to do the best to make sure all efforts follow that ideology.
Andreas’ superpower is his seemingly innate ability to deeply understand customer needs. Not something you might expect from someone who received his bachelor's and master's studies in marine biology which found him with over 300 hours of open-water dives under my belt, including about 100 with sharks.
Andreas is originally from Stuttgart, Germany, and most of his family still lives in Germany. He currently makes his home in Pocatello, Idaho, with his wife Kelly, and her son Logan. They are all loved by four cats, Sally, Harley, Slyvester and Koza, who are very much family.
